You should have received an email from the office with sign up instructions on how to create your online patient portal account. If you have not, please do NOT create a “new account” online as this will cause duplicate charts and not allow you to log in. Instead, call the office and we will send the link to your email again. To sign in to your Patient Portal, download the “Athena Patient” application from your phone app store OR log into your account online by clicking below:

You can view test results that were ordered by RSG providers.
